This hotel is ideally situated in the city to easily see everything within walking distance. The staff were great at the hotel, and the attached bar was a great additional piece along with their breakfast. Would highly recommend this location for couples traveling to Venice.

This was a great find of a property. It was beautifully maintained, great location right off the water taxi boat, amazing breakfast, darling bar, right near an old church and so walkable to St Mark's and all the classic shopping districts. We loved the staff - they were so helpful and friendly. The bed was terrific - and finally an AC that was easy to control and regulate. Lots of great towels and a cute flower balcony window looking onto our courtyard below (though we had our window closed in the heavy heat). I have nothing negative to say about this sweet spot!

Great location, take advantage of a water taxi and use the canal side entrance for added romance. The hotel has an interesting historical story too. Room was good, breakfast excellent, and situated in a nice square a short walk to St Marks Sq. Had its own vaporetto stop 100m from the entrance too, and a gondola dock nearby too.

Really really good hotel in the perfect location. Yes, you will probably need a map to get to it from S.Angelo vaporetto station however it take less than 10mins to get there The room was very clean with the room service daily. Breakfast was more than enough to start your day well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and shops and cafes near by.

Very clean and comfortable room, great location of hotel. The only complaint was that the hotel stated that it had elevators, and we had a first floor room, but there was not an elevator from the lobby. We had to climb a steep staircase (20 steps) to reach the first floor!
