Our Host which I’m going to call T since I don’t remember how to spell his name was so helpful and kind. He gave us directions on our map on how to get around and noted many places to go see. We will definitely stay here again. The hotel is a bit hard to find it in the middle of a restaurant, but it’s perfectly placed.

This is a great place to stay. It's pretty central and close to the Rialto Bridge. They gave great recommendations on where to do and what to do. You get to control the room temperature and the bathroom was super clean as well. Would highly highly recommend staying here! :-)

Can’t say enough about this great little find. It is truly a boutique hotel less then 10 rooms but very gracious size compared to most of Europes hotels we are a family of 3. The staff and management triveso are excellent. Perfectly located on the canal but actually tucked in a corner so limits noise for the most part. Everything at. Your door step and you can take the water bus just a 2 min walk. The special room treats made it extra nice.

Can't recommend this place highly enough! Best bit is the staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are really cute, nice Venetian touches, air con works great. Location is perfect, nice and central and the rooms were quiet at night.

The staff was very communicative and provided excellent instructions on how to get into the hotel if arriving late. The hotel is in such a nice location. Close to good food and not terribly far from San Marcos either. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great little spot, accessible to the ferry back to the airport and the street it's on is not too crowded. We had the option of self check in, which was very convenient (and appreciated after our adventures). The room itself as ADORABLE, beautifully decorated, and super clean/quiet/comfortable. Highly recommend! Don't forget a small amount of cash for the tourism tax for venice :)

We received the warmest welcome by the hotel team, and were given many excellent recommendations. The reception team had such patience and enthusiasm, even though they must hear the same questions again and again.
