Very nice hotel everything was clean, and the staff was particularly kind. There is a flight of stairs that you need to climb to be able to get to your room, which was a bit hard with luggage very close to the train and bus stations.

The room was very clean and the staff were helpful. There were not many amenities as it is a small boutique hotel. The breakfast was basic, but the lady making the coffee was extremely helpful . The air conditioning was quiet and worked well.

Great location. Quiet area near the bus station and just off a canal. We only stayed for one night but felt comfortable and enjoyed being able to walk out the door and be in the heart of Venice but also a few minutes walk from the bus station. Nice cafes and restaurants within two minutes walk.

This hotel was so cute and quaint, very clean the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful providing me a map and letting me know how to get to important landmarks without even asking. It is very centrally located, closer to the train station than the main plaza. Perfect for when you have an early train ride home.

It was such a great experience. It’s close to everything, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. They let us check in early and kept our luggage until our 6 PM flight, which helped so much. Our room felt luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and beautiful golden colors that made it feel like a royal suite. My friend’s recommended to us when her daughter went to college there , they always stay there. We’ll absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip through Europe. We are travelers from southern Chile, and the kindness and professionalism of the gentleman at the reception were truly outstanding. He spoke several languages, including Spanish (our native language), which made us feel very welcome. He took the time to explain Venice to us, gave us a map with all the key landmarks so we wouldn't get lost, and even showed us where to go and how to get around the city. His help made a huge difference to our experience. We are very grateful to him—he is truly a wonderful person. We stayed for two nights. The room had air conditioning, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. We have absolutely nothing negative to say. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. We highly recommend it!
