Amazing staff and location, a minute from the Rialto Bridge. The air conditioning is real, we struggled in Europe finding holes that actually had real ac, this was a relief after hot days outside. The bar upstairs was a nice touch post dinner. The staff were very helpful and made it a nice stay for our family. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything and everyone was wonderful from the moment we walked in. PERFECT location!!! There was always someone up front to greet us, someone always answered the phone right away when we needed help and they helped with questions about laundry services, water taxis and restaurants. Really a great experience. ROOFTOP bar was excellent too.

Excellent hotel well located between Rialto and St Marks. Service from initial reception and during our stay was excellent with room well prepared and spotlessly clean. The morning breakfast was also excellent and we enjoyed making use of the rooftop bar. Look forward to returning again in the future

The hotel arranged transport from the train station---a bit expensive but it was our first time in Venice. The hotel is conveniently located & is beautiful. We walked all over Venice & took advantage of their boat to go explore Murano. It was in the midst of the World Cup & the hotel was showing every game in the lobby. There were 3 of us & the room was great, including the bathroom. The ac worked well, which was a definite plus for these Americans!

This hotel was wonderful! The staff was so kind and welcoming! The manager, Filippo was the most helpful and friendly guy. He took time to know the guests. The rooftop bar was so much fun! If I were to return to Venice, I would not stay anywhere else. Top notch! Definitely would recommend this hotel!
