sehr gemütlich

wir haben 4 nächte im november dort verbracht. das viertel ist sehr angenehm und nicht so rummelig und so ist auch das hotel. das zimmer ist geräumig und sympathisch. auch im bad ist genug platz- allerdings war dies kaum warm zu kriegen, und die heizung hätte uns geholfen. die matratze ist angenehm fest und wir haben gut geschlafen. die menschen, die wir nach und nach an der rezeption kennen lernten, waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. wir haben uns im hotel richtig wohl gefühlt.

Cats live here

If you're not allergic to cats and don't mind the faint smell of cat urine, then this is a fine hotel for the price. I'm highly allergic so it made my stay very uncomfortable. The cleaning staff keeps the place clean and for the price it's a good deal. Location is near the ferry to the airport.

可愛らしくアットホームなホテル

ヴァポレットのターミナル駅であるF.te Noveからほぼまっすぐ歩いて5分ほどのところにあり、空港から大きなスーツケースを持って移動してくるのにも、ヴァポレットに乗って市内の色々なところに行くのにも非常に便利な立地です。 ホテルはこぢんまりとしてとても可愛らしい家。スタッフの方も優しく親切です。 私が宿泊した部屋にはバストイレが無かったので共同のシャワールームとトイレを利用しましたが、部屋のすぐ近くにあるので不便ではありませんでした。 部屋に洗面台だけはあるので手や顔を洗うだけだったら部屋から出なくても済みます。ただ、部屋にもシャワールームにもドライヤーは無かったです。 また、セキュリティボックスも無いので貴重品の管理にも少し気を使いましたが、ホテルのスタッフ曰く従業員は全員10年以上働いているベテランだし、内外含めてトラブルが起きたことはこれまで一度も無いということでした。実際治安も良く、私の滞在では問題ありませんでした。

Great value for money

Perfectly pleasant place. Welcoming reception( owner) and easy access to airport ( ferry terminal novo) and walkable distance to grand cannal . This is not a 5 star hotel but well maintained as a budget place.

Small yet very comfy room with welcoming staff!

Room was a bit small but I was well aware that all hotel rooms in Venice are quite small anyways so I was fine with it. Hotel owner was very welcoming and kind. Also the room was clean and comfy regardless of its size. Hotel garden was beautiful that I took a picture of it to keep it for my memory :)

Beautiful hotel with a private courtyard right off the docks and very close walking distance from San Marco. This was a great place to stay, beautiful accommodations, staff was very friendly - the hotel manager is a true gentleman. We forgot a corkscrew (cardinal sin in Venice), he had one. Soda and mixers? Fresh on hand. Very easy to find, the hotel is two minutes or less walk from the docks and is clearly marked. The beautiful little courtyard is private but open-air. This is especially a great place to stay for a first-time visitor or someone not used to traveling overseas because of its easy accessible location and English-speaking staff. Absolutely great stay, will definitely be looking here first on our next trip to Italy.

Hotel propre, calme et très bien situé

Hotel situé dans le nord de Venise, quartier du Rialto près des embarcadères pour Murano et Burano. Personnel très accueillant, rue très calme et rapport prix/prestations/emplacement imbattable. A recommander sans réserve.

Hotel acogedor y cómodo

El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor, la habitacion con baño privado y espacio suficiente. Pudimos ingresar mas temprano, el personal muy amable y gentil. Lo unico malo es que el hotel es dificil de ubicar desde la llegada de san marcos.

Really good location

Great location and very easy to find. In a less tourist dominated area but quick to walk to all the museums etc. Room very comfortable, we had a private bathroom that was really nice. And air conditioning which really helped our comfort as we stayed mid August. Did not have the breakfast as we found we were still full from pizza/pasta the night before! A very pleasing stay :)

Great stay.

I have a short, but lovely stay, at this hotel. If you want luxury then go pay a lot more somewhere else. If it is basic at a good price, in an interesting area, near a Vaparetto then this is ideal. My grand son who lives nearby was impressed and will send his friends there.

Overraskende bra

Billig hotell, med en overraskende bra standard til å være et 1 stjerners hotell. Funket helt greit til å sove på. Minus var at det var veldig kaldt på rommet (var her i slutten av mai), og med kun et laken og et teppe ble det kaldt. Badet var nyoppusset og av grei størrelse. Vi hadde eget bad. Koselig hage.

家具やベッドがベネチアらしくとても素敵なホテルでした。バストイレが共同でしたが、特に困ったことはありませんでした。ブラーノ島、ムラーノ島行の水上バスの発着所が歩いて１分程のところにありましたので、とても便利でした。

Hotel mitten in Venedig

Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in Venedig. Um zum Hotel zu gelangen empfiehlt sich die Anreise per Vaporetto (Haltestelle: Fondamente Nuove).

mosquitos, cold, inconvenient location

We closed all the windows but there were still many mosquitos in the room. Our hotel room was so cold, We wore as much clothes inside the room as what we wore outside. Heating was not allowed until Oct 15. Breakfast was the worst I had in Italy, only sliced stale bread and crackers were served. That's it. The juice was watered down. It was strange to me that the color of the juice was pale and translucent. After I tasted it, I found out it was watered down. It's awful. And breakfast is surcharge, 5 euros per person. You might as well take your 5 euros to go somewhere else to buy a hot coffee and one semi-decent croissant. The room looked tired. The towels and bed sheets were old. The towels were really old, they were scratchy and dry. The location is far away from San Marco. For tourists, you will get lost and take longer to get to San Marco. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, a very quiet residential area, almost no human around at night. There's no good restaurants near the hotel. If you try to find a store selling you water and essential stuff near the hotel, you will not find it. It's really inconvenient. At night, there's very little street light and it was really dark near the hotel. It's not pleasant to walk back your hotel in the dark. After we went back to our hotel room, we didn't go out at night. Because it's really dark nearby and away from San Marco, it's hard to find the way. We wasted the night by staying in the hotel.

Great place to stay. Very handy to everything we wanted to do and have a look at. The place was lovely and clean. Only comment I would make is some of the other guests were very noisy and sound travelled easily but it didn;t stop us sleeping and we will definitely stay there again when we go back to Venice

Schnuckeliges Hotel in guter Lage!

Das Hotel ist für den Preis sehr empfehlenswert! Die Zimmer sind sauber und hell. Das schönste ist der Garten, in dem man morgens frühstücken oder abends noch ein bisschen zusammen sitzen kann. Ich saß desöfteren dort, weil - einziger Minuspunkt - der WLAN Empfang leider nicht bis zu den Zimmern reicht.

Good hotel with a nice garden

Very nice garden and beautiful cat! (Me and my friend are both cat lovers :)) Anyways the owner was very nice and the room was spacious and neat. The hotel is very close (3 mins walk) to the ferry station (4.2 and 5.2 from the railway station - ferrovia) and there are a lot of nice restaurants around that area. Incoop are around the corner for grocery shopping. Oh if I am being picky then it's that there were quite a lot of Mosquitos in the garden (and the garden and the lobby are the only area where you can use the wifi) so we got bitten pretty badly ... Other than that everything is perfect!

very good and very kind staff 원래 예약했던 호텔에서 문제가 생겨 급하게 하루 묵었는데 스태프가 굉장히 친절했습니다 체크인 시간이 넘겨서 갔지만 짜증한번 안내고 웃으며 대해줬고 방 예약이 급한 우리를 위해 다른 호텔도 찾아봐주었습니다 방은 급하게 남은방을 묵어서 화장실이 포함되지 않은 방이였지만 싼 가격과 착한 스탭 덕분에 잘 쉬었습니다

Good location, but no AC and shared bathroom.

The hotel is very conveniently close to a boat station. And very close to the boat which will take you all the way to the airport! The room was very small - extremely. Our room had a shared bathroom, which was in good condition. And also we didn't have an AC which was really terrible since the temperatures reached during mid July this year were over 40C some days. The WiFi didn't reach the rooms. As I understand it, this is the way it is in Venice. Small and expensive. So I do not know if this is better than other hotels. It was ok anyway. And the staff was nice. You could leave your luggage there after checking out as well. I'll probably look for another hotel for my next stay in Venice - if I ever go back.
