My husband and I spent 4 nights here and it was superb! The rooms were small but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really good - yogurt, juices, granola, breads and pastries, meat & cheese. The staff was super helpful and kind. It is located in a residential area only a 5 minute walk from the ferry coming from the airport. It’s a good 15 minute walk to the center of Venice and Piazzo San Marco but we loved walking the streets and being in a more residential area. We would highly recommend staying here.
