Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. The room was perfect, and extremely comfortable. The staff were all amazing people - extremely kind and helpful, and even handled our transfers for us. All we had to think about was where we wanted to go first after arrival!

The Aqua Palace exceeded our expectations on every level for our 2 night stay. The location was fantastic, the room was large/clean and the staff was exceptional! Lello in the bar was so friendly and looked after us very well. At the end of our day or before heading out to dinner his cocktails (and non-alcoholic cocktails for the kids) were great! He also gave us solid recommendations for dinner and events occurring in the evenings. This really was a great stay in Venice.

Hotel was beautiful and located right on the canal, very easy short walk to San Marco. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Gianluca or Giacomo.( sorry) at the front desk was so helpful translating, finding what we needed and assisting with our train reservations, water taxi. Thank you so much we had a perfect stay!!

Fabulous hotel the location is perfect. Im very glad that I got the last room available for our trip! Giorgio was exceptional with helping me book the extras for room set up on the day of our arrival and guidance of all amenities for the hotel. Roberto was also excellent guiding us to our room. I didn't get the name of the lady serving coffee and clearing tables for breakfast but she was fantastic with keeping everything running smooth! Definitely a must book if your visiting, couldn't have found a better place in Venice!
