“What starts badly ends badly. The reception staff were quite rude, and the duty manager, Carolina, is unpleasant. My experience at the hotel was awful; I didn't feel comfortable from the first moment until the very end. The most tragic thing is that on my last day, the toilet wasn't working. A bathrobe would have been appreciated. The quality-to-service ratio is quite mediocre. The best things about the hotel are the outdoor areas, the pool, and the breakfast!”

“The hotel overall was really nice and very modern. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The reason I’m giving this hotel a low rating has more to do with its location and accessibility. If you don’t have a car, I would not really recommend staying here. There is no direct bus that drops you off at the hotel, so getting there from the airport requires taking a train, then a bus, and finally walking about 20–30 minutes with your luggage. Part of the...
