Pleasant stay but staff could improve a bit

Check well your bill before paying. They almost tried to make me paying twice. I made the reservation on 12 August and my credit card was charged the same day. When I got my bill, hotel room was still in the invoice. Had to show my reservation and payments in order to deduct it from the bill. It happens to me for the first time in my travel history...

Приятный отель с бассейном, саунами, джакузи, спа.

Неплохие завтраки. Можно покушать на террасе. За 25 лев можно пообедать в ресторане отеля на семью. Есть неплохая детская комната Ходили поиграть в боулинг 5 лев на человека одна игра. Боулинг конечно староват. Отдали 157 лев с завтраком за номер делюкс на семью. Были в конце сентября. Хороший бассейн поплавать с теплой минеральной водой. На улице бассейны вечером не работали. Днем работал только один Детский бассейн. Есть парковка перед отелем. В Отеле DVORETSA бассейны поинтереснее и территория более зеленая. Но завтраки здесь лучше и персонал намного отзывчивее. И номера здесь больше.
