The location is good, nearby the Cerró Gordo beach, they lend you beach items, which is very helpful. The downside is the property was not clean enough ( bathroom and kitchen area especially, there is a kitchenette but no table or dining area. Also, the pool was messy and dirty. I think there is room for improvement for example install a dehumidifier to remove the excess of humidity in the apartment.

Good price for the location as it was across the street from the beach. Pool area does not look like the pictures. Pool was not clean. Back of pool Booked the non-refundable option that stated that we would receive a "Welcome Gift" and there was not gift :( Very disappointing Refrigerator was leaking and freezer was not cleaned out Parking was difficult as there is only 1 parking spot on the property and there were issuing tickets to the guest who parked along the property. There is not street parking close by.

Clean one bedroom place in a beach town. 2 minute walk to a nice beach. Host was very attentive to a couple minor issues. Fri and Sat night was loud from blaring speakers in passing cars so bring ear plugs

The place was very modern and in a very nice area so close to the beach and restaurant to eat. The pool was very nice but needed to be cleaned a bit more. Other than that we were able to Check in early and the room was very clean.

The room itself was nice and clean but dont expect any extras such as water, coffee etc. Does have 2 small burners for cooking but no microwave. The temperature in the living room a/c was set and could not be changed. The exterior was nice but the pool could have been cleaner. The worker they have living and taking care of the property was very unfriendly and offered little to no assistance.

We arrived late at night and there was no toilet paper. The owner did get back to me fairly quickly to tell me where to find some. The shower had no curtains or door so the water poured all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway. The remotes left for The tv only worked for 1 of the tvs. Parking is terrible. There’s no lot or actual spaces. Just have to park on the side of the street. The room was clean, we only saw 2 cockroaches which I was expecting way more for PR. The pool was clean. The beach is right at the end of the street within walking distance. It was great for the location and price. There were only minor inconveniences.

Checked into the hotel on Tuesday and the owner was very helpful and answered very fast. While we had very few issues, such as the hot tub not heating up, he had it fixed that day or the next. Sometimes when booking I get nervous the pictures are better than the reality but the pictures are exactly what you are getting! The hotel is literally a minute from the beautiful beach. If you have a rental car like we did you can go so many places and it’s so amazing to have a base like the hotel. Everyday we got back my family couldn’t wait to jump onto the pool at the end of the long day! Highly recommend! Thank you for the great stay!

I like how the unit was set up it was nice look exactly like the pictures and the beach was close that was a plus what I didn’t like is the back of the hotel was not properly maintained the pool was dirty it need more lights back there I don’t like how the towels are kept outside there were nets on the clean towels the shower floor is cement I hated that the water pressure was terrible also if your someone like me that’s in Puerto Rico to be on the tourist side and have fun without a rental this is not a good place it’s so far from the city and La Placita the staff was nice even tho we barely seen them but were helpful when I seen them it’s a good place just a bad area they’re stray dogs and cats all thru out the neighborhood and the neighbors were loud each morning sometimes nights the area didn’t feel that safe but the hotel and staff were ok I give the place a 6 out of 10
