The stay was fine, the hotel was in good condition and the rooms were great. Only drawback was the unfriendly staff at breakfast one of the days. The food was ok, but the staff was irritable and not particularly friendly.

Comfortable hotel

The only Scandic Hotel in VÀsterÄs. Polite staff, easy check-in and very service minded staff in the restaurant when we wanted to dine on the hotel instead downtown due to heavy rain... good food. Comfortable beds in a family room. Basic toilet/shower. Good places to hang clothes. Downside, maybe not the biggest play room for the kids but you had video games, soccer table and the play room with toys and crayons.

Bra för barnfamiljer!

Stannade en natt pÄ genomresa. Perfekt hotell om man reser med barn. MÄnga aktiviteter för barnen som tipspromenad, olika spel, pingis, barnmeny, pool, playstation m.m. under vÄr vistelse var upplevelsen att majoriten av gÀsterna var just barnfamiljer. Supergod frukostbuffé!

DÄligt bemötande nÀr hag ringde och bad om en resesÀng till vistelsen. Samt att samma rum bar 400kr dyrare Àn veckan innan. Annars var allt toppen med hotellet.

Det som drar ner betyget lite Àr att det inte fanns nÄgon ac pÄ rummen vilket gjorde rummet lite till ett vÀxthus pÄ kvÀllen, gick heller inte att stÀnga av golvvÀrmen pÄ toan, men personalen gjorde sitt bÀsta och vi fick flÀktar!

Ett bra besök.

Första rummet vi fick var slarvigt stĂ€dat men vi fick direkt bytt rummet till ett nytt. Bra service av personalen. Trevliga aktiviteter för barnen fanns och en vĂ€ldigt omtyckt vĂ€lkomstdrink fick dom. Dock va man tvungen att boka tid till poolen men det fanns inga lediga tider för oss att boka, lite trĂ„kigt. Frukosten va vĂ€ldigt bra! Överlag ett fint hotell och befinner jag mig i VĂ€sterĂ„s igen kan jag tĂ€nka mig att boka dĂ€r igen.
