A great stay for a quick weekend getaway. The location and staff can’t be beat. We enjoyed a nice lunch at the Bacchus Lounge, used the hotel’s complimentary bikes, and enjoyed the AC which keep our room cool and comfortable on a very unseasonably hot day. The hotel is well cared for, though a few small items like the “bar” in the room and washrooms are a touch small given the size of the room could be addressed during the next refresh. Overall, we really loved it and will stay again!

Great hotel, but the staff is amazing. Their attitude is always positive. The help that they provide is elegant but not solicitous or overbearing. They always knew who were are, our names, and room number. The experience is well worth the price.

A small lovely hotel right downtown. Service is gracious, the best in town. Bacchus, the hotel restaurant, serves delicious food - one of the best hollandaise in Vancouver on their bennies. The hotel feels like a bit of a flash back in time: personal touches, genuinely warm welcomes, and room service rolled in on a cart with a white table cloth. No to go containers here.
