LOVED my stay! Not only was it the cheapest option I could find, but the staff were incredible. They offered my brother and I bottled water and little treats, they were super attentive, and the GM even had a hand-written letter thanking us for choosing the hotel waiting in the room. Super clean room, beautiful courtyard area, complimentary hot chocolate/coffee/tea available 24/7. My only complaint is that I wish I could have spent more than one night there! Thank you for a great stay! I will absolutely be coming back if I'm in Van again.

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and have nothing but praise for the property itself! The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Thanks Ali for your kindness! It is also in a very convenient location that makes it easy to get wherever you need to go. The only slight drawback is that the immediate neighborhood feels a bit gritty and may not be desirable for everyone, but the excellent quality of the hotel more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

Our experience wasn’t great because of our amenities and accommodation. Room was very cold and we didn’t have any heat. However, their staff Rashida was amazing she did every thing in her power to help us have a good night she provided a heater but it was broken and there wasn’t another to help us be warm. We still appreciate her help to accommodate our stay. But in the end we had to get our reservation canceled.
