The staff were very helpful and accommodating when we arrived early. The room was clean but definitely showing its age. The pool was very warm and on our second day was closed as they were changing the glass windows. The fitness room was pretty decent. Overall our stay was okay - it was reasonably priced for the Vancouver area. It was a quick trip for us with just one night - but I wouldn’t likely stay there for longer.

Check in staff was nice. The place is very dated & needs help with upkeep & renovations. Our bed was clean but the bathroom smelled like old urine. Bed was comfy, frame was very old & creaky. Pool was warm at least & ample parking. Not up to standards of a typical Ramada in my opinion

We had a 2 bedroom suite, which was very spacious. However there was cobwebs in the corners, the main door did not have a chain or lock of that sort. Floor was dirty in spots (accidentally dropped something and it rolled under the couch). Kitchen was ok, looked run down but was cleaner of the rooms. Bathroom was ok, shower was short.

It is an older hotel likely in need of renovation, but for the price you can’t beat it. It was clean and quiet enough despite being right next to the Lougheed hwy. The staff was lovely and helpful! Comfortable beds and clean overall, just an older place.
