Very friendly staff. Quick and easy to book in. Clean room, great bed. My 2 complaints would be : having the tv available to watch in the bedroom area and our room was right above the underground parking lot. Every time the door opened and closed it was very noisy. Woke up from sleep every time door was used.

Good location. Nice and quiet, spacious room. Comfy bed, kitchenette is nice to have. No cable but has Google TV. Unfortunately though, no USB charging ports in suite so remember your cube! Snacks and coffee available but no milk or coffee mate for coffee. Gave same feedback about the little things to staff on site so might be different next time. Overall, excellent stay. Will stay again.

Process for late check in was unique but once I understood the process it was really okay. Try to make it before the front desk person leaves. It will be easier but again the check in process was not difficult once I understood the process. Room was very spacious and lovely. Lots of great amenities. Booked another stay in 1 month because the place is so awesome.

The stay was great! Clean room and has all you could need for a quick stay. I would like to suggest a few things to make it an even better stay! A bath math for the bathtub would be great to prevent any slipping incidents and an exhaust fan for ventilation on the washroom would be nice as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This hotel is good in all aspects except a couple things. 1. Its on a main road and passing cars are very noisy. Also if you get a room on the first floor there is a garage door right under that opens 20 plus times during the night and the morning and gets very irritating when trying to sleep. I don't know who uses that garage but there is a car dealer next to the hotel. 2. The washer and dryer are not easily accessible. You need to ask reception to open the door of laundry room for every load into washer or dryer. But this hotel has all the extras that other hotels. It even had a first aid kit under the sink.

This hotel is basic: the lobby is basic and the entrance to the rooms is outside the lobby. The room I was in was extremely clean. The staff members were friendly and always trying to help. However, there were things they could not help even they wanted to do so. If you stay here, be prepared for the following: no facial tissue paper, only toilet paper in the bathroom and a roll of paper towels on the kitchen counter; only one trash can in the bathroom, no trash cans in the kitchen area and other places in the room; no hangers and no place to hang your clothes; two clean bath-size towels on the bed, not in the bathroom; the mat that should be put on the bathroom floor by the guest is hung on the towel bar; nowhere else is there room for putting unused towels in the bathroom; the plastic toilet seat does not match the shape of the ceramic toilet opening - be prepared to have a part of your legs touching the ceramic toilet opening when you are sitting on the toilet seat; toiletries are in big bottles shared by all the guests who have and will use that room; no shower caps available from the front desk and in the room.

We had a wonderful stay here! The owner was incredibly patient and accommodating, even with our delayed flight, they welcomed us at 3 AM without any issue. The place is clean, spacious, and well maintained. We’d definitely book again if we return to Vancouver!
