We could not recommend this hotel enough. The staff and the property are amazing! We have stayed at a lot of hotels and the Loden is well worth the money if you really care about your experience.

We stayed at the Loden Hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. What we loved: Reception & Concierge: The front desk team was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive. They gave us fantastic local recommendations for exploring the city. Special Gesture: We received a wonderful room upgrade, which made our stay extra special and truly memorable. Location: Excellent location in a quiet part of downtown, close to the waterfront and Stanley Park. Overall, the Loden Hotel is a gem in Vancouver. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Our experience at the Loden Hotel was magnificent! The staff offered impeccable service in an atmosphere of complete warmth and hospitality. The lobby is charming and inviting and the staff at the front desk always greeted us with enthusiasm and friendliness. The rooms are impeccable and scrupulously attended to by a diligent housekeeping staff who consistently replenish the unique and exclusive amenities. Tableau is amazing! Again, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the food is delicious and the servers, bartenders, hostesses and managers are devoted to giving every customer an experience to be remembered. The Loden is exquisite…it is managed exceptionally and it was sad to leave. What began as a well-earned vacation became a treasured memory and the staff became family… Well done… TL

We loved our stay here! The property, staff, accommodations & location were nearly perfect. There are so many thoughtful details for our stay from turn down service with treats and lemon water to a Dyson hairdryer & nespresso in room. We will definitely stay here again!

The Loden was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Vancouver. Ideally situated close to Coal Harbour, it is a beautiful and elegant hotel. The room was well designed and classy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was also wonderfully quiet and peaceful at night. We chose a room with a view of the harbour/mountains and were very pleased we did. The bike rental option was so convenient and allowed us to bike the sea wall with ease (I am not a confident city biker and it was so nice to barely have to walk the bikes a few blocks before getting to the trail). But real stand out were the staff - everyone was so kind and friendly, it really made us feel at home! If you’re looking for a premium stay in Vancouver that isn’t stuffy or fussy but still feels luxe, you can’t go wrong with the Loden

Beautiful property in a great location. 10 minute walk to Canada Place. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping which is rare these days did a fabulous job. So concientious and even left wonderful little treats daily. Booking via Expedia included valet parking which is normally 75.00 a day, definitely needed in Vancouver. I had a corner room on the 10th floor which had windows on two sides, spacious and comfortable.

Very nice hotel; the staff is very attentive and very helpful with figure out what to do within a short stay. The rooms are extremely comfortable and every night they bring lemon water and a different night time snack. The in room coffee is delicious. I will definitely stay here again.
