The pool was dirty, and the chlorine was way too high. That was hard to breathe in there. Other than that the staff were amazing. The breakfast was amazing, and the room was somewhat clean minus a little things that need to be repaired and cleaned, but all of the above it wasn’t bad.

We honestly lucked out that we got a room on the second floor and at the end of the hall. We had no noisy neighbors and all slept very well. The pool and the hot tub were indoors, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good and had enough variety to serve the family. The location was close to the mall, making food and entertainment convenient. Everyone was polite and respectful. We were very happy with our stay.

The staff here are helpful and friendly. I encountered two problems, and the issues were addressed immediately. The facility is older and tucked away from sight of the main road, but the location's access to restaurants, the mall, and the freeway is excellent. Although listed as continental breakfast, it has hot food available on the buffet. It was nice to have a suite area for sitting some place other than on the beds.

Windows in our first floor room had rickety single latch locks and the window sill had outdoor debris trapped between a loose screen and the glass. Very poor for security. The desk had furniture polish residue which stained my yellow tee shirt. Old mattresses were made quite comfortable with an extra top pad. Staff was fine and the plumbing worked okay.
