The location was good, the property was clean, and the room was spacious. Our only encounter with staff was at check in and check out. Please note that this is nothing more than a basic, expensive, rental apartment. There are no amenities beyond a gym.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. The room is actually an apartment. Very spacious. There is a bakery to the left is the hotel that is to die for. Would stay here again if I come back to Vancouver.

The room was specious and the location is great. The room on 22nd floor had nice view with some glimpses of the bay and the mountains. The parking lot is expensive and annoying: guests can park only on unreserved spots on P4/P5 floors. And probably the mostly annoying were the bed sheets that somehow were "loud".

The room was very very spacious and clean. The bed was excellent, but the pillows could improve. Ours had a kitchen, living room and office so great for longer stays. Located in downtown close to many restaurants and stores including a grocery store and pharmacy across the street. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the Hyatt for 2 nights before touring the rockies and then stayed at the Carmana before going on a cruise. We came back and stayed in hotel blu, both were nice but nowhere as nice as the Carmana. Our suite was excellent. Cannot give any negative feedback. Wished we had known how good it was because we would have stayed there for all the time we were in vancouver.
