This is a hidden gem in the Vancouver area. Carl the host and his wife are helpful and responsive. I had the master bedroom. It’s huge and clean. Bed was comfortable. Everything was organized. Close to the airport, shopping mall, with a lot of great Chinese restaurants around. 房子和房东都靠谱

it's a good and clean place, quiet, has light breakfast options. it is quite far into richmond, past the richmond-brighouse train station, if you're taking transit. but they do offer transit to/from YVR as long as you ask about it before hand, for an extra cost. the host was nice and communicative.

The place is a home and it is relatively new and well maintained. The check in was super fast. There are banana, apple , water, milk, tea, coffee in the dinning area … free. There water kettle , microwave , fridge and coffee machine in the dinning area. I took room 2 which has its own washroom. The bed was comfy but pillows were just two and they are soft. I booked the room for me and my son. Wifi was super fast. There are house rules everywhere. There is a declared quiet time from 11 pm to 6 am … and I usually wake up at late night and early morning to do my life needs. I did not pay attention to this rule when I booked. I had to be extra quiet as the rooms are not soundproof. The host was very social. The house is in a safe and quiet residential area. The house is 3 to 5 minutes walking away from bus 408 stop which takes you to Skytrain station. There is a nearby shopping area that is 6 to 9 minutes away walking.

Relatively New home, quite clean Common area has everything but stoves, free coffee, tea, bananas, apples, filtered water I have room with separate but private bathroom, not as convenient as master bedroom but save on rent Parking is on garage driveway or on streets Quiet neighborhood and looks safe, close to where I was going to everyday Only minor gripe is heating is on a bit too warm , makes me feel itchy with dry skin
