Super friendly staff, and we love the free breakfast. Pool is awesome, but it would be so good to see the hot tub jets fixed! They spray upwards and bubble up instead of out. I’m sure it’s an easy fix, and would be so great to relax after a busy day in a hot tub with working jets.

Our two-room suite was clean, and the well-equipped kitchen added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. The breakfast was excellent. I would especially like to recognize the staff member responsible for breakfast service, whose attentiveness and dedication in accommodating our special dietary requirements were truly outstanding. Her professionalism and exceptional customer service are sincerely appreciated. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others or stay here again in the future.

Clean room, but a bit small. AC works, but load. Staff were very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was ok with a working diy waffle station. Hotel is old and showing it's dated. Swimming pool is not great, but the hot tub works. Expensive price point for the experience.

We enjoyed the friendly staff and the great breakfast. Our biggest negative was the mattress and the configuration of the bed. Mattress sagged in the midde which was uncomfortable for 2 people. The bed was pushed so close to the wall it was challenging to get out of that side.

Location was convenient. Booking honored request for early checkin to facilitate us getting to wedding on time Complaints: I booked on line and prepaid 100% at checkin front desk person demanded $100 deposit but would not accept cash. This $10@ deposit was not disclosed when I booked the room and prepaid-paid $191 for 1 night. Front desk person was adamant and rude. I will not book with Best Westetn plus Inn at Langley ever again.

Unfortunately our main purpose for staying was to clean up after camping for 4 days. But our shower was clogged and we had to stand in at least 4” of filthy water . Sheets also needed a swap as one was blood stained. Beds were comfortable but one squeaked badly. The room as overall very clean along with clean bathroom and everything smelled fresh. Parking was easy and included. After camping in dry hot climate still appreciated the ac and overall cleanliness.
