Jennifer was lovely and always pending if you needed something, I even forgot something on the house and I noticed when I was already at the airport, and she helped me to send it on an Uber! Also the train station is close (you can take a bus) and is convenient!

Overall it was a very nice place. Jennifer was extremely accomodating and even did a load of laundry for us while we went out for the day. Room and house were very clean. Wi-fi worked fine. The room A bathroom was dimly lit - they need to add brighter lighting. It was unclear how to operate the A/C-heating controls. But the windows opened for a nice breeze. Nice view. Not many restaurants/stores/transit nearby without a walk of several blocks. The neighborhood streets were steep and narrow, which made it difficult to walk with luggage. This would not be a problem if you have a car or you don't mind the cost of some Ubers. There are a lot of stairs, which made it difficult with 2 large suitcases.

We had a great stay at Jennifer’s house! The place was very clean, check-in was super easy, and it was conveniently close to public transit. Jennifer was very kind and welcoming, and the space had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We had a private bathroom and bedroom which was perfect for the two of us! The bed was really comfy, and although there were a few other guests in the house, it still felt peaceful and quiet overall. It’s a great, affordable option for a few nights in Vancouver and not too far from downtown. Highly recommend this lovely place!

Getting in to the property was easy and seamless. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t have a car, so parking was not an issue for us, but parking seemed to be limited to on-street in a fairly densely populated neighborhood. The owners were on site but we rarely saw them. Our room was likely designed as the master bedroom, as it had its own bathroom. There were two other bedrooms and a bath just outside our door and when occupied there was noise, mostly the bathroom door opening and closing loudly. Those rooms were unoccupied the first night of our stay but not for our second night, and as another reviewer mentioned, there was no hot water left for our showers the following morning.The house is in a nice neighborhood about a 45minute bus ride to the downtown area. Uber rates for the trip were about $17-18 excluding tip.
