Vacations Close To Valpark Plaza

Metro is the best kept secret in all of Trinidad

I urgently needed a place for my nephew and niece to stay in Trinidad. I was able to pay for it remotely through Expedia. On that day it was hard to find I got excellent feedback about how helpful the staff was, especially in helping them secure a car rental among other things. The only complaint was the absence of a window to see outside. Grateful for kind people when in a plight.

The room is air-conditioned and suited my two nights. The location was ideal very close to food stores.

There is no restaurant or bar on the property as advertised. The location is horrible, there is no convenience nearby, their shuttle service is not a vehicle advertised as CROWN hotel . I spent one night and checked out the next day on what was supposed to be a three night stay. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

For my short staff. It was convenient and ideal for my stay. The entire staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.

The hotel was basic. The restaurant/bar is very good, exceptional employee at the bar and the staff is exceptional

The staff were very helpful and were willing to engage you on topics related to the facility as well the various birds and other animals that are part of the estate. the staff assigned to the main house and the dining facilities were also friendly and helpful. They were proud to highlight the various meals that were on offer and to discuss the local content in the preparation of the meals. My 2 grandchildren who came on a day pass were super excited to explore the various trails especially the ones leading to the pools, where they had a ball bathing in the pools and the walk-through nature. My granddaughter is a picky eater, and the dining room staff were all too willing to assist in ensuring she had something to eat she enjoyed.
