“Increíble hotel, uno de los mejores o si no el mejor en el que me he hospedado, el personal demasiado amigable, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de 2 habitaciones y nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitaciones, el desayuno increíble, hay tanto que elegir que te cuesta trabajo decidir, lo único malo, es que enfrente hay criadero de vacas y el olor cuando sales llega a ser un poco desagradable, pero adentro del hotel todo maravilloso, su piscina está increíble”

“Hotel is super cute and we got a very spacious, comfy room. The fact that they rent the bikes is a plus. However, we had dinner in the terrace and although it looked very promising, they could improve the menu a lot as it seemed that dishes were 'unfinished' and for the price you would expect much better... Staff members were kind at all times, however they forgot us a bit at the end of the meal, which you will not expect from a hotel of this category... in my opinion, they should just pay more...

“Beautiful room with luxurious views of Lake Como. Only cons is the lack of walkability and I didn’t enjoy the food at the restaurant. But overall the staff were very accommodating and made it even more special celebration with a beautiful and tasty cake, champagne, and balloons with their birthday package. I loved waking up to the balcony views and the heated pool that I could enjoy even in October weather! Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lake Como. ”

“Loved this slice of heaven, away from the crowds of Lugano but yet convenient to get to by car. The front desk service was amazing - the girls were so friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast was clean tasting and delicious. The hotel grounds are so thoughtful, well designed and aesthetic. Despite it being an old building, it did not feel cold like some old buildings can - Insulation done right! Highly recommend to anyone who loves a quaint boutique hotel with great service and thoughtful...
