“The disappointment was deception in advertising. You should know there is NO staff. You check in with codes that you receive via text. It's a touchless, faceless experience. No common areas. Zero chance at any customer service. It's a new type of "hospitality" that is AI driven and has no personal interaction or touch. All tech. Photos make the rooms and facilities look bigger than they are. It very much reminded me of a college dorm. 3-4 stories but no elevator. Narrow halls and steps....
