The Prime Rib buffet was so tasty and servers were attentive and kind. The hotel staff are the same. we only stayed one night but will book this hotel again next time we are visiting the area.
First night took 20 min to check in because no staff at the front.?! The next morning I asked a staff if I could purchase tooth paste. He gave me some packets for free, that was nice. Nicest part of the whole trip!
Second night: Rude staff. They changed my keys n said I didn’t pay for my second night even tho I booked thru EXPEDIA! I had to pay an additional night because they wouldn’t even look at my hotel booking. This was at 1-2am, because again no staff at the front!!! I played softball all day n wanted to go to bed!!! So I paid it. THEN… they woke me up at 9am to see if I’ll check out at 11am. Obviously I was! They didn’t have any hygiene products for purchase either… hard because travelers always forget something!
Terrible time. I hope I never have to stay here again! I didn’t even bother at the casino once I had this bad experience. I would’ve left but no hotels in the area. I’ll plan better next time!
A lot of broken machines our tickets were rejected by the machines so we always had to go to the cage to get our money. The people working there. Acted.
Disinterested and no one was friendly
The entire hotel smells like smoke, they don't allow you to have alcohol in the room ($250 dollar fine), the restaurant they advertise (with buffet on Saturdays) wasn't open the entire weekend (employees said it hasn't been open in weeks due to staffing) and the diner was not opened during advertised hours. They were open a total of 4 hours the entire weekend, never for breakfast.. which was unfortunate because the continental was bad. We were going to go an hour before close and were told they "might" still have the fryers on. There is no way this entire establishment makes any money at all from the hospitality industry. Doesn't seem far fetched that it's some kind of money laundering front. This is the first time I've left a bad review in my life...
Got to the hotel at 1:30 in the morning, the attendant tried to tell me multiple times that I didn't have a reservation even though I had a confirmation number and showed her the confirmation email & number from the site I used to make the reservation. She found my reservation, checked us in and we were on our way. We got into the room and there seemed to be a short in one of the lights - all it would do was flicker, a really small problem as all we wanted to do was sleep anyway. When we pulled back the covers a bed bug ran across the sheets - we caught the but in a plastic cup, looked for others and brought it out to the desk and let her know we wouldn't be staying. There was no apology, shock or empathy from the desk attendant - as if this happened quite often or she was poorly trained in customer service etiquette. I asked her for a refund which she processed and gave me a receipt for. I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend anyone else stay there as when we looked up reviews found other complaints of bed bugs (wish I would have read those first).
This is a nice facility - not to impressed with the casino's buffet. Limited selection and out of things. Waitress there was very helpful and did her best.
Enjoyed the stay hugging my fresh pillows each and every night.
It was quiet. There was a night with cigarette smoke but that could have been from the window air conditioner intake.
Otherwise, spend (4) nights here & all is well.
Thanks!
Only draw back was that it is under one roof with a Casino and you can smell the cigarettes....although the room did not. A good value for the price.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
OK accommodations, But ...
The room itself was fine, but atmosphere & amenities are limited. This is a casino hotel; smoking is permitted in the casino, and the smoke smell permeates the entire premises, including the rooms. Alcohol is forbidden everywhere except in the casino itself, and it was so smoky that we could not stay in there. There are both a cafe and a buffet eating areas; the food is standard fair, but nothing extra. The provided breakfast is OK, but not extensive and is provided in a small room with only about 5 or 6 tables.
