Pool was very small and not maintained, no room to sit unless u had one of the the very few seats ! It was extremely hot and pool was very warm! Breakfast was amazing , room always cleaned perfectly! Parking was great but hard to drive in and out of.

The hotel was everything we needed for our visit to Valencia. Parking was included, adequate although tight to negotiate the steep ramp. Lovely junior suite room at fair price, excellent breakfast buffet included. Situated a reasonable short walk to culture centre, commercial centre & good transport links- we could not have chosen better.

We had a wonderful room. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was ample, though so close to the sea, as a non-meat eater, it would have been nice to have a fish dish at breakfast. It is a great location, and with the Valencia Tourist Card, we had many free public transportation options virtually at our door. It was very convenient. We loved it.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. This property is close to Oceanografic aquarium and City of Arts and Sciences. The rooftop pool is small and not heated. If you come for Las Fallas, the midnight fireworks are nearby and enjoyable to watch. If you don’t enjoy fireworks, it is loud during Fallas there.

The hotel was very well located. I had the breakfast twice it was extremely good, choice and quality. We had a triple room, it was ok, my only slight issue was we had to ask for a third towel on a few occasions. The food in the bar was very good. I’m afraid our main disappointment was the bar staff, if there was an award for the most curt and grumpy bar man, the older of the two barmen would win it!

Short autumn break in Valencia

A visit for the Valencia half marathon. The hotel was excellent, convenient for the race, whether running or viewing, comfortable, great breakfast buffet and welcoming staff. Easy to get into the city centre and across to the City of Arts and Sciences area.

Staff were great and room OK though a little cramped. The room that we had was "tired". Wardrobe doors did not run smoothly, bath was detached from the surround and the toilet very cramped.
