Our room was really spacious, comfortable and quiet, which we really appreciated. Location-wise, easy access to metro and bus, on Turia park which is a fantastic green belt, and within walking distance to the old town. We were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend.

This hotel was a solid choice and offered a more local, everyday feel than properties located in major tourist districts. The area felt like a normal neighborhood, with a grocery store, pharmacies, convenience stores, and a decent-sized shopping mall all within walking distance. Although there is a large highway next to one side of the hotel, the rooms were quiet and comfortable once the windows were closed. The staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. WhatsApp is essentially required for communicating with the hotel, but responses were quick whenever we needed assistance. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is not close to the city's main attractions. Most sightseeing destinations require a walk to public transportation followed by a bus or train ride. This location is better suited for travelers who prefer a quieter area and don't mind using transit. For airport transportation, the metro is by far the easiest option. The nearest station is less than a mile away and provides a straightforward route to the airport. We found information online about an airport bus, but it was difficult to locate and not well known locally. Overall, this hotel provides a comfortable stay, a quieter atmosphere, and convenient access to everyday necessities, making it a good value for travelers looking to experience a more residential side of the city.

We really enjoyed the Smartr Valencia. The room (living room with one bedroom and a bathroom was compact, especially when the sofa bed was out but everything was in perfect order. The location was good too - close to Túria station although valencia is a very walkable city and the proximity to Turia Gardens meant a lot of the time we just went down into the gardens and walked across the city in the peace and tranquility of the garden while the traffic was all above us on the roads. Our only slight negative was that as a new guest we would have expected a new (complete) toilet roll and in an ideal world it would be excellent to have a small washing up liquid in the apartment. However these are minor points easily rectified with a trip to Mercadona and we would definitely recommend this property.

Location fairly convenient, 3min walk from Turia metro station and within walking distance into the city centre. The property is modern, fairly spacious, clean and well equipped. There is no reception but the self check-in worked fine. It sits right next to a busy road and my studio was on the ground floor right next to the pedestrian path with a lot of foot traffic - and plenty of noise, so earplugs are pretty much necessary.

Lovely comfortable and very clean room. Plenty of towels etc. I had room 11 on the ground floor which did not feel very private, however the curtains were good - it was just a shame not to be able to open up for the natural light. Only problem I had was some very noisy people upstairs from me who sounded like they were moving furniture around in the night - however not the accommodations fault and other than that it was very quiet.

Hotel was great. Check-in terrible. Taxi dropped us off with our heavy luggage at the hotel, it said Smartr, the name of the hotel, but we could not see the entrance. Some people in the street kindly lead us to the hotel entrance while we struggled with our heavy cases to get to it. It was a short walk past some restaurants round a corner. When we got to the front door of the hotel, we were then stuck there unable to get in. There were items next to the door, but no means it appeared to contact someone except by phoning a number. My mobile had no roaming, so I was unable to use it. My wife did, but could only use it at a cost. Luckily the receptionist after some time appeared and let us in. However, when we later tried to find her in our stay she or anyone else was in sight anywhere at or near reception. It was a shambles. Further, there were two occassions that after going out and returning we noticed our room door was slightly ajar. Luckily nothong had been taken from our belongings. I assume that when the powerful spring on the door operated to close the door, it somehow was not able to fully that the door to catch shut. Normally, hotel doors fully shut automaticly when you leave the room. I assume our one was faulty. If reception is unmanned in the day, I had expected, we would have had some means some as an intercom to use to check in. Being left standing at the hotel entrance with heavy luggage was not what we expected on our arrival after along journey there.

modern apartment, with all facilities for a short stay. Comfortable beds, including the sofa bed although once opened it takes up practically the entire living area which is a bit small. There is the possibility of leaving your luggage in a paid locker located on the lower floors, which in our case was very useful both on arrival and departure to make the most of our days. Good cleaning, not top. Possibility of having breakfast in a bar attached to the accommodation but which we personally did not use. Mini supermarket very close and above all metro and bus stops just a few minutes away. Highly recommended.

The watsapp chat was great. Fantastic communication. Explained the whole checking in and out process with videos too. Storage lockers were very useful before checkin. Room was clean and tidy. Lovely personal note and gift as an added touch. Kitchen was perfect and even provided cleaning products to help with washing up. Location was great. One block away from shopping centre and nearest metro was within 5 min walk. We will definately be back.

It was during the gay games, so a bit pricey. The drain for the room is blocked need to look at it. The hand wash soup was empty had to asked for it. We stayed whole week, there’s no offer fresh towels and bedding. My friend stayed next door, AC is leaking, informed then first day, the staff was friendly and came right away. But it didn’t get fix during our stay. Room is more suitable for two persons, more than that is very cramp. But over still decent stay!
