The hotel was fabulous, fantastic room, amazingly comfortable bed and perfectly positioned in the city where everything is within a short walk. It was our 10year wedding anniversary and the hotel gave us a chilled bottle of cava with a chocolate/fruit bowl! Which was really appreciated! We would definitely stay here again.

The staff is so helpful! They were able to accommodate an early arrival and the location is perfect! We walked all over, but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The pool was small, but such a welcome bonus after a long, hot day. The breakfast was amazing! Fresh squeezed València orange juice. Delicious! I would 1000% stay again!

Great location, as it is nicely situated near the historical center of the city, a short walk to the science center, aquarium, and park, and shopping, or a brief cab fare to the beach. Staff were excellent with quick and efficient services including assisting with unloading our large vehicle and parking it for us without issue. Amenities are fabulous, the pool was excellent on days when the beach was not an option, and the bar was well stocked. Elevators are quick with minimal waits, staff are engaging, helpful, and well informed. The breakfast space can be a bit crowded and difficult to maneuver through for those with mobility issues. Food options are quite good with an egg station, warm and cold foods, good fruit selection, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Overall an excellent choice for any traveler who wants to enjoy this gorgeous city.

Excellent standards of cleanliness and all the staff were equally excellent. Only minor gripes were the outside, rooftop pool being closed for maintenance until our departure day (the outdoor pool was one reason I chose this hotel) and the street noise as our 3rd floor room faced the street. Breakfast buffet was also good.
