Clean and quiet, and a nice room and good location. There wasn’t a lot of floor space with a travel cot for our baby and given there are no staff apart from cleaners, prices are not very different from similar hotels that do have reception staff etc. There was limited luggage storage given the amount of space in the common areas.

The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance from most of attractions, shopping, restaurants etc. For me, the only thing I did not like is that everything is on line for a first time tourist it’s convenient to have a front desk clerk to ask for recommendations. It’s always nice to hear a good morning from another human being,,,everything on line takes the human factor away and we missed that a lot…I will not stay at a hotel like this one NEVER again.

I especially liked the location of the hotel, situated in one of the quaint alleys it was a nice surprise when we arrived. The self contained hotel was a bit of a surprise for me but once I figured it out it was great. Valencia is a beautiful city and if anyone is going this hotel is a nice scenic walk from the downtown hub.
