The staff were lovely . My only complaints were lack of comfortable seating for people staying at the hotel as much was taken up by people waiting to be seated fir meals. The chairs in the restaurant extremely hard. And the coffee cup handles are just little holes many people struggled to get a finger in causing many spills and burning fingers. I am gf they had food for me but I had the chicken skewers and was extremely unwell after so I reacted to something.

The staff were friendly and helpful, eager to assist with a few small requests I had. I found it be peaceful, I was at the rear of the property, and particularly liked the second door into the room, which I'm shielded me from any hallway activity. Pool was lovely, and breakfast excellent. Friday, live music :-)

This hotel is a good quality place to stay. Staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was wide ranging, although they only display a limited range of milk. Bedroom was ok, nicely decorated but felt a bit old fashioned. The bed was not the most comfortable. There were limited plug sockets and no USB charging ports.

Lovely comfortable beds and amazing staff, they couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Hotel pool was advertised as heated but was freezing! We braved it anyway as there was a heatwave and it was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and plenty of choice. Only slight snag was a family with 2 dogs staying on our last night, and the dogs barked a lot at night.

The room has lovely sea views but the carpet is heavily stained and the decor generally quite tired. The room was also incredibly hot despite being offered a fan by the helpful staff. It is a great hindrance that the windows cannot be opened more than a few inches. For a hotel of this reputation and in this price range, air conditioning should be incorporated throughout. The ground floor area and amenities like the pool are wonderful, as are the friendly staff. The fabric of the hotel (e.g. those areas beyond the main reception and restaurant) and the bedrooms are looking quite tired and don’t live up to the high standards set by the staff. I understand management is undertaking a programme of refurbishment and encourage expedition of this.
