Hotel Glacier is dated, but well-maintained. Our room was very clean. The hotel bar is small, but very comfortable, and Theodora could not have been more helpful.

Great location and clean room. Reasonable price for what you get. Breakfast has eggs and sausage and biscuits and potatoes and cereal and bagels. Good selection but quality of hot food not the best. Still great value here in valdez and plan to stay again next time.

Very nice check in. Super friendly and helpful manager and receptionist. Loved the accessible coffee and ice. Room deordorizer smell overwhelming at first, but nice to know it had been disinfected well. Easy access to marina, restaurants, museum, fish hatchery, and downtown. Felt safe.

Older property but clean and convenient for one night stay before catching ferry from Valdez. Price was higher than I expected for property and area but due to short tourist season I understand this is how it goes. Front desk staff was kind and friendly.

Not many options to choose from - Valdez is amazing and wherever you stay you will be happy as long as you get out there and explore! This hotel was decent - pretty clean, but older and a bit musty smelling. Breakfast was good, shower sounded like it was going to explode but was hot and did the job. Great location - definitely over priced for the type of hotel it is.

When we pulled up to this hotel, I was afraid that we made a big mistake. It is old and not well cared for on the outside. We checked into our room and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean and I working order. Nice sheets and comforter. We had a pleasant stay. Hot breakfast, nothing fancy , but good.
