It is what I would call an older hotel, but well maintained and clean. All the staff was very friendly. The morning coffee was good but would have been nice to offer something besides a danish! The sports bar inside was really fun and Parker our bartender/waiter was great! The food was good too.

Full disclosure— we cancelled our reservation when we got here. The property photos looked much better than the state of the property. The room was musty, the carpet was peeling, and there was just an overall feeling of neglect. The staff however was SUPER kind and helpful, however as soon as we saw the room we requested a refund.

The location was very convenient to Lionshead Village. We were able to check in early and keep our car at the hotel even after check out the next day, which was a big plus. The restaurants in the lobby were both good and we enjoyed the hot tub and the workout area. All of the staff we encountered were kind and helpful. We would definitely return if we travel to Vail again.
