“Proximity of the property to all the good places to visit. Staff need to be more trained on customer service. The corridors outside the rooms were dirty. Looks like the General Manager is inexperienced and does not do his checks and controls. Overall good property but not managed well by the leadership team of the property”

“The staff and service was incredible. They were so attentive to detail. They made our girls trip so memorable. They even sent us a printed picture that was taken on our arrival. They sent a heating pad when my sister was sick. The breakfast spread was one of the best buffets I’ve ever eaten at. The pool looked amazing, unfortunately could not use due to chlorine levels.
But regardless this property is a must stay! Can not recommend this place enough”

“Spent one night here after a 36 hour flight from Los Angeles. Very relaxing and recuperative resort with beautiful lush surroundings and a calm and beautiful pool. The spa is excellent and massages are top notch. Love the breakfast and afternoon tea.
Make sure you stroll the grounds and listen for Peacok and multiple birds. Staff is so attentive.
This resort is highly recommended.”
