We had a great stay, the room was comfortable and clean, the only thing that could of been different was that the smoking area was right below our room and there were quite a number of times the smell would come into our room and the people talking down there was occasionally too loud.

Spacious rooms, close to a bus stop but quite a bit further from the city’s main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the property looks and feels exceptional. We really enjoyed the restaurant on premises.

The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience. The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room. The staff were quite friendly at check-in.
