It's an older motel in need of some maintenance. No fitness room to speak of (a treadmill and an elliptical are nice though) and the guest rooms are TINY, barely fitting the furniture. Still, safe and convenient and allows pets.

The room and property were average but the customer service was great! We had a mix up and needed some help clearing things up. The overnight staff was amazing. She helped fix everything and made sure I knew exactly what she was doing. All with a smile and pleasant demeanor.

We spent a night here on our way back from Canada, and the hotel was great! Right off I-90, the rooms were spacious, and beds were comfortable, they also offer free bfast which is a plus! There is also many restaurants within walking distance of this hotel.

Staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Ample dining in the area and being able to do laundry on site was great. My only complaint was a very bad, weird smell in the hallway coming upstairs from the lobby, but it was gone by the time we left.

Advertising free breakfast is a bit of a stretch- 2 fruits and a packaged danish. Room clean and fine. Check in person at front desk- polite and friendly, wrinkled blouse and dirty hair a bit off putting. Checkout young man- polite but had his hood up from his sweatshirt, kinda odd, was on his phone, didn’t look up at all until I was fully at the desk, not paying attention to the lobby at all.

Main "complaint" is that breakfast consisted of coffee, apple, and granola bars. Luckily, Dennys is next door and McDonald's is across the street. Room was clean and slept well... except for the dog that started barking after 11pm ... maybe because the owners went out?? Luckily I had ear plugs! Check in was quick also.

Older hotel. Front doors are not automatic so beware if you have a lot of luggage. No elevator only stairs to the 2nd floor. Room was dated and had an older flat screen TV that is too small for the space. Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful.

This is a very basic, but clean motel. There is no hot breakfast or cold for that matter. I think we did see coffee, although we didn't have any. There is a Denny's restaurant right next door. The room was clean and the front desk clerk was pleasant. We only stayed one night for a concert at the Saranac Brewery, so it was convenient and good for our needs.
