The hotel and our room were both comfortable and pleasant. The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood. The AC worked well and the king sized bed worked well. The continental breakfast was not bad; options included eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, yogurt and cereal (not many varieties) Coffee was decent. We would stay here again.

We only stayed at this location for 1 overnight, as we were dropping our daughter off at college. The staff were kind, the rooms were clean (except for a small stain on one of the comforters , which we just changed out the comforter- no big deal) . The only dislike I would have to say is the end time for the breakfast buffet, which should be until at least 10am and the food selection . Selection was very limited and I would have liked to see some fresh fruit options.

The staff at Burrstone could not be any kinder, more welcoming or more helpful! They were WONDERFUL! I had accidentally booked only one night instead of two while we moved our son into Hamilton and they made every possible effort to confirm a second night bc all of our belongings were still in the room! Completely my mistake but they accommodated us amazingly and with a caring, friendly attitude. The room itself was ok - the carpet felt damp, which was gross, and the shower in the room near us was as loud as if it were our shower. I’d stay again for a short trip bc of the amazing staff and proximity to Hamilton. (We didn’t take the time to provide feedback on the carpet bc we were only in the room a few hours each day.)

We were very happy with our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and breakfast was good. I was pleasantly surprised with the coffee bar in the lobby. Staying there again would happen if the situation should occur.
