“This place is nice and exactly what I wanted for a week-long vacation in Kanab. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because one of the two mini splits was not cooling. The host contacted me asking if it was ok for someone to go in to repair it. I gave them my approval. When we got back that evening it had not been repaired. I contacted them again and they said they would get someone to repair it, but they did not. Didn't get it fixed while we were there and didn't communicate to let us know...

“I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place...

“This place is a dump. Super hot and humid outdoor and it's worst when you're indoor coz there's no AC so your roasting on 100° with no fan, no AC and moldy room. You can even open the window due to heat and construction outside that Expedia FAILED to addressed during reservations. Only after the host emailed and informed us that there's construction and the parking was sooo far away. Stay away”

“The pics don't do the place justice. It's an apartment that has been lived in, and treated with love. Sure, it could use a little reno, but it's great for a homey environment. After a little glitch, Holly (the host) made everything perfect. And the check in instructions said something about a box on the fence, but there was no box. Everything was comfy and functional. The area is so walkable and clean. ”

“We stayed here for our daughters volleyball tournament. It was clean and plenty of room for us. Plus side it was in walking distance to the convention center. Daniel was great and responded quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. ”
