“The room was good. Clean. Large with doors that led to a nice little balcony type area with a view of a pond. The spa worked but the sauna is smelly and an old. Dining wasn’t available because of a function. I missed the breakfast because it isn’t available until 8am on Sundays. Overall it’s a good stay.”

“Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Has everything you need. Centrally located and an easy stopover if you are travelling through. The only issue was the room I paid for (room with view) was double booked but this wasn't communicated with me on arrival, and I was placed in a room with no view. Not a major issue as I was only there for one night, but it should have been communicated to me particularly as rooms are advertised at different rates.”

“The rooms can do with a update, no smart tv, no microwave, not even any spoons for coffee. Plus need to do something about the smell in foyer. Staff friendly and helpful. Pretty clean and tidy.”

“We stayed in the family apartment. It is spacious. Old school. Comfy beds, 2 tvs and 2 older style air cons. Full size oven and fridge. A dining room in the kitchen with a decent table and chairs. Great for a family dinner. The bbq , pool and a sauna just outside your door. While hotel is on the highway and a good location, its very quiet, no motorway noise. Beautiful sunsets over the pool and a leafy out look. Plenty of parking, restaurant on site with room service available. Down sides are...

“Family friendly, save, close to the beach”

“Overall it appeared as a nice renovated unit however a few things needed to be fixed-bunk bed broken, light flickered, towel rack, tv screwed to wall, a blind broken and a cracked glass. Needed a good clean-glass door, wall in main bedroom, roof above bunks and sheet and pillowcase had stains. No remote control for bedroom tv or air cons. Size of saucepans didn’t fit on stove at same time. One coat hanger for clothes cupboard. We just thought we’d highlight these things for addressing before...
