“We were quite disappointed with our stay. There are many rooms, so we found it difficult to understand that the bathroom was a shared facility. We were not aware of this when we booked the room.
More importantly, there was a cockroach inside the electric kettle in our room, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. We were also disturbed by a lot of noise throughout the night, so we were unable to sleep properly.
