The best hotel that I have ever stayed so far. Clean and spacious room, staff are helpful and courteous. Even walked us through the hotel explaining our room and hotel facilities. The in-room onsen was excellent. A very relaxing stay.

高齢の両親とゴールデンウィークに初めて訪れてとても気に入りお盆休暇で2回目の再訪でした。スタッフの気持ち良い笑顔でのおもてなし、お料理も素材にこだわりとても美味しくいただきました。 もちろん温泉も2つの源泉があり、滞在中は、5,6回入りました。とても良いお宿です。

由幾個月前預訂酒店開始，很快便收到電郵查詢小朋友餐飲要求，這個很細心。由入住登記，職員介紹設施，餐飲服務，離開時幫忙拍照留念，整個入住體驗很不錯。酒店還安排了自家設計的膠水樽中送給客人，這是很好的紀念品。 房間的私人風裏很寬敞，感覺水質跟其他的溫泉明顯不同，浸溫泉時感覺到皮膚很滑，果然是美肌溫泉。茶葉的汗蒸幕也很特別，這是其他溫泉酒店找不到的特色。 餐飲方面，有不同茶葉及罐裝飲品供客人免費使用，這個很棒。早餐及晚餐方面，不算是十分驚喜，但是食物質素還是可以的。
