“We stayed one night as a stopover on our way home to Scotland. We had a superior double room in the lodge part of the hotel. Stunning room. Very spacious even with what looked like a super king bed. Lovely to have the little terrace space. Had a delicious meal in the restaurant and excellent breakfast in the morning. With regards to breakfast, it was ‘over complicated’ it would have been much easier to have a menu and then choose what you want at the table. The food itself self was too fancy just serve good quality...

“Overall atmosphere was one of the best experienced. A 3 night stop.
A busy , successful country pub, restaurant, party venue does create a few problems of wear. Which will need addressing fairly soon.
Certainly recommend.”
