The bathtub was not clean and had to be cleaned and refilled with hot water because there was grime floating in the bathtub. The staff was very helpful, and worked very hard to find a place that would be open when many supermarkets were closed early during the mid summer eve. They also worked very hard to find out the bus schedule for the airport when we had a problem with the bus schedule for the mid summer holiday. The breakfast is excellent, delicious and varied. There are many things to complain about, but all in all it was a good hotel. I will use this hotel again the next time I go to Umea. However, I would like you to install the air conditioner system by then. The heat in the room during the daytime is crazy.

Perfekt beliggenhet i UmeÄ sentrum

To netter sommerferie-opphold. Kjempebra hotell med perfekt beliggenhet i UmeÄ sentrum. Stille og rolig rom i 10. etg. Fin stÞrrelse pÄ dobbeltrommet. Rent og fin. Stort bad. Gulvet ble vÄtt pÄ badet da det er en dusjdÞr som dekker bare halve «dusjdelen». Frokosten var innholdsrik og god. PrÞvde ikke andre mÄltider da alle restauranter ligger rett utenfor. Meget hyggelig betjening. De var rause med Ä gi bort isbiter og vann pÄ varme sommerdager. Dert blir varmt pÄ rommet da det ikke er aircondition. Det hadde vÊrt fint med vifte pÄ rommet. Heisene er mange nok og veldig raske. Husk Ä ta med egen hdmi kabel om du skal se film/tv fra egen enhet. Egen inngang ligger klar.

En mycket trevlig överraskning att bo pÄ detta hotell. Det var vÀrmebölja i Norrland nÀr vi reste lÀngs höga kusten och bodde pÄ olika hotell lÀngs vÀgen. Detta var det billigaste pÄ hela resan och helt överlÀgset det bÀsta... Till och med luftkonditionering pÄ rummen... Ni mÄste ta med det i er beskrivning av ert fina hotell.

Över lag ett trevligt hotell. Hotellet missade dock den efterfrĂ„gade stĂ€dningen, vilket pĂ„verkade helheten negativt. Frukosten var betydligt sĂ€mre denna gĂ„ng, nĂ„got klent utbud och det framstod som att upplĂ€ggningen av pĂ„lĂ€gg skett för ett par veckor sedan. Hotellet kan inte varit speciellt noggranna med att kontrollera utrymningsvĂ€gar dĂ„ det stod en stor pĂ„se med sĂ€ngklĂ€der för en utrymningsvĂ€g i mer Ă€n ett dygn.

Hotell och reception full pott, bra! Restaurang bland det sĂ€msta jag varit med om. Kort om personal, vi hade förbestĂ€llt mat (vi fick endast vĂ€lja mellan tvĂ„ rĂ€tter) till kl 20.30. Kl 22.00, alltsĂ„ 1.5h senare fick vi vĂ„r mat! Killen i baren var svettig pga ensam i baren. Stackars servitrisen likasĂ„. TyvĂ€rr drar detta ner betyget. Övrigt toppen!
