All in all, this is a great hotel, with a tasty breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff, and a lovely feel to the room. Quiet and comfortable, and well placed in the centre of town. All told, it ranks as the best overall experience I’ve had on my long European journey (17 nights).

Very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was of a high standard with a nice modern but retro feel. The hotel was nicely located to all the shops and amenities, and was easy to move around the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The morning breakfast was delightful and served buffet style, in a relaxed environment, catering for all tastes. I was made to feel very welcome by the staff at the hotel, and will definitely be returning to stay here again in the future.

Nice & not expensive in the heart of the city

Nice hotel in UmeÄ city center, easy to walk everywhere. Good breakfast. The parking garage is around the block, costs 195 SEK/17 EUR per day. Systembolaget is only 50 meters from the hotel, if you need some wine or beers.

Well laid-out room, openable windows, sm fridge/kettle/nespresso, lots of storage & places to “put stuff” (hooks, drawers, shelves etc) heated bathroom floors ❀ quiet except some light traffic noise. Bed was a bit soft for me but OK for my partner. Good WiFi, places to work in the lobby, b’fast was amazing in variety with fresh fruit, a gazillion types of bread, numerous good GF & veg/vegan options too and refreshed frequently. Helpful staff; altogether a great place for a busy work-week.

Good night's sleep

Had a nice stay, a bit of noise from the city and revving cars in the early evening and some happy young people, but it went quiet before it got really late and I slept really well. Pretty good breakfast, some options there but especially lacking a bit of more options when it comes to fruit.
