The apartment had a bad smell from the kitchen sink, and the balcony door couldn't be locked. The shutters on the window beside the entrance door were broken, so they opened to view inside the apartment all the time.

We booked online with Expedia for one night stay with the breakfast included . We tried multiple times to connect with the Reception with our phone no success , since our phone in the room wasn’t working. Once we checked out , we had to push our language all the way to the Reception, they told us we can just go to the Restaurant and we don’t need to show any key where we can have the breakfast. We had to go all the way with language to The Restaurant where the host ( older blond women) was so unfriendly asking thousand questions if we have a breakfast included and I told her that Reception agent name Damian told us we can just go and eat . She said I don’t see your room on the list . She called then the Reception spoke with some of the agents . They also confirmed we don’t have a breakfast included but our Expedia reservation was originally booked with breakfast I told her specifically that I will write the review about the property and bad Custom Service she was following me and saying with her raised voice it was not me etc etc They shouldn’t be listed as available property in any offical site .The worse experiences ever. This place should be fully renovated and hire new employees .My all point why would they directed to the Restaurant if they knew about the breakfast Why would site The Expedia piated that breakfast is included. I will avoid to book with Expedia for this reason. I am terribly disappointed. The worse booking and stay ever . Vesna

if someone wants to vacation back in time in the 80s, this is the right place, the apartments don't have AC or fans like they used to have once upon a time,no wi-fi ,tv is model late 80-is the check-in time took me exactly 2 hours in line without anyone coming out and offering water, the pool closes at 7pm, the kitchen in the restaurant at 5pm, I don't believe that the toilet by the pool is ever cleaned, they let people swim in their clothes (part of eastern culture and guess), how rude everyone is, I won't waste time writing, never again what a waste of money and time
