“Amazing!”

“The reason we chose Ramada was because the pictures looked good, however, as soon as we entered, we saw the dirty windows and couch in the lobby, and the room was very dirty, the floor and tables had stains all over them, there was hair on the toilet seat and the floor, the ceilings had mold and they tried to mask that moldy smell with a freshener, which made it worse. We were then shown an upgraded room, which upon entering, the smell hit us and the couch was so dirty and that was enough for us...

“Kindness”

“Great location, short walk to the Boudhanath stupa. Ease of vehicle access as hotel is near main road. Well designed, luxurious, quiet and comfortable room. Staff were always attentive and friendly. Thank you for the hospitality.”
