Quiet and relaxing hotel
The hotel complex was very lovely. Our room was so-so, but relatively cheap. The location was in a quiet area, but at a walking distance to many places.
Amazing! LOVE Sari Health Resort.
Perfect location in the city and yet in the middle of beautiful nature.
The staff were so sweet, food were just great, but what really got me was the sorroundings the resort is in, pure Bali magic!
You will not regret coming to stay here.
We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant with so many healthy food and vegetarian options, the rice terraces in front of the restaurant, and the peaceful and quiet atmosphere inside the resort. It's like everything inside is made for health and relaxation.
The only downside was the small room and the bathroom, which had a sewer-like smell.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Lovely property with excellent staff especially in the spa. The restaurant served very good quality healthy food for a reasonable price and there were also other restaurants close by. Parking is in the nearby car park as the street is too narrow due to many market stalls. There is also a group of monkeys which traverse through a couple of times a day. It was a very relaxing holiday, thank you Ubud Sari, I’ll definitely return.
This property is an oasis. It has WiFi , the best food for breakfast very healthy, healthy juice bar, tons of shopping and activities. My only knock against it is it’s a little bit challenging for cars to get to the location. Mopeds no problem. This place is truly a gem. Next time I will bring more people with me. I love the energy here and the great service.

3 night cultural stay in Bali
Staff are second to none, with a good location right on the Ubud Art market and a 500m walk from the Water Palace and Ubud Palace.
Likewise heaps of restaurants and bars to eat and enjoy.
As for downsides, the shower isn’t great, and the room is basic, admittedly what you expect when paying this price. Not somewhere you would stay if after Western luxuries.
In general though, would stay here again if i ever came back to Ubud, great for yoga and relaxing in a traditional balinese sense and engaging and being near to Balinese culture, well away from the noise and partying of Seminyak.

Disliked: Amenities
Room didn't have Tv, no frigde, no locker. Staff was okay and breakfast was alright
The hotel is in a very good location and the room was clean.
I also enjoyed the included breakfast (with a view of the rice fields), which was very varied.
Loved the property's authenticity. We had accommodation near the watrefall and it was deafening at night. I would stay in a different part of the resort in future.
The location is excellent, very central but inside a street very quiet. There resort environment is stunning with forest and river flowing through. Breakfast is very healthy but small. It only provides two bath towels and two bottles of water. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere of the resort has changed in 12 months. Now it is used more by tourists looking for a cheap hotel rather than going there for a health retreat and spa.
Also noisy children running around the grounds does not help with the tranquility I was looking for. Some rooms are looking very tired and a bit grubby, but others are fine., new sheets and towels would be nice too.
I booked what looked like a gorgeous wooden cottage, described as deluxe. It was on the edge of a raging muddy river and the rainforest. It had no fly-screens, there were huge gaps above the windows & doors, it was dirty and the air conditioner was leaking. The noise from the flooded river was thunderous.
I quickly developed a raging rash and rushed to the nearest clinic first thing in the morning. I had painful hives & was encouraged by the clinic to find accommodation elsewhere. They said the cause was most likely dirty or infested bed sheets. The manager was not apologetic nor helpful with a taxi fare to a new hotel. A terrible and very disappointing experience to say the least.
Lovely resort. We liked it enough to extend our time for another week. Very clean and beautiful grounds. It’s an older resort but well maintained. Great amenities… we often had the large pool to ourselves. Despite being a large resort it felt private. Wonderful staff… very friendly and helpful, attentive to their work. Manager was quick to resolve any problems - for example the ac did not work in our unit when we arrived so they upgraded us to a new room.
We liked the Superior river rooms but had to move because of ac… they were spacious albeit a bit old. The river cabin we were shown seemed a bit small for two. We also liked the deluxe garden view rooms… bright, spacious and newer. Plenty of hot water. Wifi is okay… sometimes it seems to go off for a while (at most 30 minutes).
This place is nestled in with nature and has plenty of water features. Bring bug repellent (which you would need at any resort in Bali that doesn’t over spray). And be prepared for the sounds of this natural landscape. The cicadas, frogs and geckos do get loud in the evening. Personally we found this to be a part of the resorts charm but some find it hard to sleep without earplugs.
Great location…. You can walk to shops and restaurants (try side streets for local Warungs as well as a very beautiful into the rice fields.
