The atmosphere was everything I hoped it would be! The staff was amazing and the property is gorgeous! We saw monkeys on the property everyday, and they weren’t bothersome to the guests. I would love to come back!

Everything here was excellent, especially the service and staff. Close enough if you want day trips around Ubud, but secluded enough to have peace and tranquility while you enjoy the many onsite activities, pools, restaurant, or spa. Note there are hills and stairs, but also buggies that will bring you most of the way! No regrets for splurging on luxury…

Amazing, magical stay in the jungles! We had a huge villa and monkeys visited daily. The food at the hotel restaurant was great, the staff was super attentive, and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Awesome staff and amazing resort. Everything gave 5 stars to me. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. I had room service dinner regularly and it was always good and presented so beautifully. Tea time was enjoyable also. Various tea and coffee options with little cakes and snacks. Carts to transport you around the resort. Just lovely. Isolated from central ubud. As a solo traveler I would say the resort is more enjoyable for couples unless you are going to cut off from the world.

I loved this place! Overall; Bali is not for the faint of heart nor disabled bc everything is up and downhill. I am 62 and while I can do up and down with no problems it was really good to have trolleys that would take you up and down no matter how many times you called. The food Menu is excellent and so is the wine list. The staff was very gentle, courteous, and more than anything willing to help at all times with whatever the issue. Lastly I do want to say that before I chose to book here; I read that it would be best to stay in a Balinese home made into a mini villa for the charm , experience; view, etc. but the more I saw; the less convinced I became. You see; I’m an island girl living in Miami so heat and air conditioning must cohabit. So I started to look for hotels that provided a comfortable bed, constant valet help and air conditioning bedrooms. I’m glad I did because it truly is the best of both worlds: Balinese jungle charm with air conditioning and a good nights’ sleep in an amazing bed! Can’t get any better than this! I would highly recommend this place! Thank you for everthing….we had an unforgettable time!
