O quarto é charmoso, limpo, e com muitas comodidades, utensílios para refeições, frigobar grande, cama confortável e enxoval de primeira. A localização é a cereja do bolo, você está a 3 min de ver o nascer do sol no Itaguá, almoçar e jantar sem tirar o carro, com excelentes opções a pé. Fazer uma caminhada ou corrida na orla, visitar as tartarugas no projeto Tamar, ou ir no Aquário, algumas quadras do shopping. Perto de mercado e padarias. Perto da praia do Tenório, de carro 5 min. Enfim ficamos encantados. A Claudia foi muito atenciosa e nos tirou todas as duvidas e fez o que podia para as nossas solicitações. Alguém que gosta de silêncio absoluto pode se incomodar com o som das quadras de tênis, para nós foi um encanto.

Quartos bastante confortáveis e exatamente igual nas fotos. Tem disponível cadeira e guarda sol que ajuda bastante para levar para a praia. Próximo a diversos restaurantes e ao shopping de Ubatuba. A praia é bem próxima, mas não é boa para banho.

Foi nossa primeira vez em Ubatuba e gostamos muito. O lugar é super aconchegante, limpo e organizado e os utensílios de cozinha foram muito úteis. Destaco também a ótima localização, o que fez toda a diferença para nós. A única observação é sobre um barulho no teto, bem em cima da cama. Não chegou a nos incomodar muito, mas pode ser que incomode outros hospedes. Achamos que pode ser algum bicho. Comunicamos ao estabelecimento. Mas no geral foi bom.
