This hotel is very nice and clean! It’s brand new. The staff was very helpful with our questions and more than willing to help. I’d definitely stay here the next time I’m in Tyler. Parking lot was big and plenty of places near by to eat at.

Staff was friendly and talkative! Every employee I walked past no matter the time of day said hello, have a great day etc. the property was extremely well maintained and clean. Our room was perfect, we had two super comfy beds with great pillows! The lighting was great. The mini fridge was cold. The dove products in the bathroom smelled so good! The couch was comfy and the volume on the tv sounded great. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety and the coffee was hot! 5 stars!

I’m not sure how long this place has been opened, but I stayed in one of the handicap accessible rooms for my husband and the blinds could not be put down because they were not hooked up to the battery control remote yet. The next morning when I got up to take a shower, the water pressure was so low the shower head wouldn’t even come on. After trying to do something with it for about 5 min I gave up and just got ready without showering. After I was dressed and ready someone who prepares the bkfst came and apologized and said they’d opened another room for me if I wanted. This was not a bad stay-the breakfast was good and it was super clean and the people were friendly. These were just 2 things that made my stay not ideal.
