La habitación tenía cabellos de otra persona en el piso del baño, por otro lado estaba durmiendo y de pronto sin tocar abrieron mi habitación según para limpieza, el personal de limpieza nunca se disculpó conmigo, preferí irme y me quejé con la recepcionista, a lo que solo dijo "una disculpa" y que "seguro le tocaron la puerta y no escuchó" pero no fue así. Por eso nunca volvería a este hotel

la habitación se ve descuidada, no en mal estado ya que si la tienen pintada, sino vieja igual que las instalaciones, la taza del baño estaba sucia y las toallas muy desgastadas, la mesa donde sirven el desayuno estaba sucia al igual que el lugar donde tenían los alimentos. la atención del personal fue buena.
